All products are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in value
• Personalized or custom items (e.g. engraved straps) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
