As a seller based in the European Union (Lithuania), I comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Buyers from the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract and return items within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason needed.
Return & Withdrawal Conditions:
You must notify me of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
